Our Mission and Beliefs
The Johannine Philadelphia Church is dedicated to fostering a family of believers grounded in the teachings of The Gospel of John. We strive to cultivate a direct, personal relationship with the Lord, empowering believers to practice the Manifest Presence and Power of God. Our mission is to restore full miracle-working power to God’s people and achieve full maturity in the faith the Lord taught. We advocate for women congregational leaders as mothers in relation to congregant sons and daughters as stated by the Lord from the cross, 2nd John, Revelation 12, Isaiah, etc. Our gatherings are thus led by apostolic mothers.
Core Principles of Our Faith
Egalitarian Fellowship
We believe in the equality of all born again believers, rejecting traditional hierarchies and promoting a society where everyone is equally respected and valued. We receive The Gospel of John, 2nd John, and Revelation as New Covenant books of, by, and for the true church.
Rejecting Patriarchal Structures
Our church stands against the patriarchal systems that have historically dominated religious institutions, advocating instead for a model of leadership that equips us to love one another and empowers us to arise in the full knowledge of God.
Manifest Presence and Power
We focus on experiencing the Manifest Presence and Power of God, encouraging personal spiritual growth and personal plus joint worship that transcends conventional limitations. We believe the Lord’s promises to restore full miracle working power and see His full glory.
